Club Penguin Archives:To-do List
This is Club Penguin Archives' to-do list. As this is a collaborative project, we expect everyone to contribute collectively to make this wiki full of useful information. The tasks below are all listed to improve the wiki in one way or the other, but we need a team effort to achieve it.
Tasks will be put into their corresponding section and you can sign up by listing your name next to it. Each user participating should have a status, if they are regularly working on the task, if they have put it on hold temporarily or if they have stopped the task. Complete tasks should be indicated, and will be put in the archive after a week. You can suggest tasks in the labeled section below.
This system was taken from the Club Penguin Wiki and was modified. The Club Penguin Wiki originally took the idea from the Ratchet & Clank wiki and the Final Fantasy Wiki. The format and layout was also taken from the Ratchet & Clank wiki.
Suggest new topics
This is where you can suggest new topics for the To-do list. An administrator will message you after you submit an idea, to let you know if it was added or not. If an administrator doesn't message you within a week of your submission to this section, feel free to message an admin on their talk and ask them to look at your idea!
Color system
The system uses a color system to indicate the status of the user(s) working on the task.

| In progress | {{progress}} | Is regularly being worked on. |
| On hold | {{hold}} | Has been stopped temporarily however work will resume soon. |
| Stopped | {{stopped}} | Stopped due to lack of information, time or will. May still update but is not working on it regularly at all. |
| Complete | {{complete}} | Task is completed (remember to strikethrough the task objective). |

SWFs

| Isn't it so annoying to see all of the external links on pages from our swf.cpcheats.info mirror? Well, we're fixing that. All SWFs from our mirror are going to be uploaded to the wiki*. Also, a lot of the SWFs from there will already be here, so don't upload them again! Just change the licensing template on those SWFs from {{CP}} to the new {{CPSWF}} licensing template. If you're not sure how this actually works, then please either ask for help or don't sign up for this task :)
* = When you're uploading SWFs from the mirror of swf.cpcheats.info, select the choice under "licensing" that says it's from CP and cpcheats.info. It will give the SWF the normal CP licensing template PLUS a new template saying that we uploaded that image directly from our SWF mirror. |

| Find any room, catalog, newspaper, etc. SWFs that we don't already have uploaded to the wiki! Please note that some SWFs aren't on their designated pages right now. However, when the administration gets finished with the categorization system, all SWFs will be categorized and placed on the proper pages. If you're not sure if a certain SWF is on the wiki or not, try uploading it! If it gives you a warning that says something like "this file is a duplicate of"..., then just don't upload it. | In progress On hold Stopped |

| Help upload foreign catalogs! CK doesn't always have time to upload ALL of the foreign catalogs and such. So please, feel free to help him out by uploading them. However, please message him on his talk page and let him know which ones you're uploading, incase he DOES have time to upload all of them ;) | On hold |
