Oh, i understand. I asked him to protect image uploading of users taht aree not admins of this image to prevent vandalsm, so if you can do it, it will be great.

I agree with your proposal. I'm not too sure whether to have a community vote or not, since I don't think anyone (other than the 3 active Archive users) would vote.
